I stayed here for work. It is Thursday morning. Breakfast was filling and delicious. Kelly was the cook that day. Eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, toast, and bacon and eggs bagel. It was tasty and filling
Needed a last minute hotel that is pet friendly because we were traveling to see family in the nearby hospital. Got in very late, woke up to the best breakfast from Kelli! Really needed that. Location is perfect, in a quiet area close to everything but not on a busy street. Dogs loved it.
The rooms were nice and the hotel was quiet for a restful nights sleep. Kelli cooked a delicious breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy that was so good it made me wanna slap my mama! The Best Western Braselton definitely met my expectations and more.
Super friendly staffs Priya definitely was a sweet and nice lady, we checked in with no problems, Breakfast was very Good and fresh. The cooks Kelly was also super nice and friendly , and the other lady who’s been around for a while whom managed the place . Also super nice, I had my two Other family come with us for a night stayed due to Plans changed, and they were very understanding of my situation traveling here. definitely will come back when I visit again, It’s a very quiet and cute Place full of great staffs!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR THE BEST SERVICES IN BRASTELTON GA !
Beds could use a pillow top mattress or mattress cover. Priya and Kelli were very attentive, helpful, and professional. They take service very important.
Nice hotel with reasonable rates. Clean, nicely updated and clearly managed by someone who cares ...Priya is wonderful! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good - biscuits and gravy, eggs, sandwiches and more. I am a semi-regular visitor to the area and this will be where I stay going forward.
My second stay. The hotel is excellent with a rock exterior, brass numbers, clean and tidy with modern feel. The owner was on site and manager Priya is very kind . The breakfast was wonderful with outdoor tables and cloth tablecloths for breakfast. The breakfast is above average for a free hotel food. They are always improving in one way or another. We look forward to our next stay!
Amazing old Alabama ambience. Upgraded interiors with new USB connections beside the bed and new shower controls. Breakfast gets only two stars, thick coffee grounds in my cup and eggs are not real.
